The property is typical stone and bricks farmhouse with all best facilities like:

It consists in 350 square mt in two floors. On the ground floor: big dining hall with fireplace and sat tv, full accesoried kitchen room, large porch with chairs and hammock, close nice pergola with barbecue and table to enjoy garden dining.

On the first floor 4 king size double bedrooms,plus a single bed on request (extra) to accomodate up to 9 people,
but is also rented by group of 4-6, two bathrooms with hydro massage shower.


The property consists in two buildings and large hill garden. The owner lives in the annex, close 8 mt from main building. I respect the privacy of my guest, but also, on request, I'm at your service to assist you during your vacation,welcoming you to let you enjoy tuscan hospitality: wine and food at your arrive, informations, assistance, turistic suggestions (many brochures about locations, events and festivals).

Outdoor details:
The house stands on hills, with private garden, remote controlled gate entrance, with so beautifull panorama and sightseens point as wineyards, a small forest near, where wild animals lives in the natural reserve.

Conditions:
It all includes the use of the villa provided with bed linens and bath towels, all kitchen accessories, and everythink included in the house (see description). Electricity and water.
The booking requires a deposit of 30 % of the rental price payable with Credit Card (paypal.com), or Bank Transfer.
